Meet Our Team
Dr. Elise Hernandez, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Life University
Dr. Elise moved to Texas and opened Vitality Family Chiropractic in Arlington, Texas in April of 2017. She grew up in Florida, and while she loved it there, she knew there was a calling beyond the Sunshine State for starting her practice and helping people to heal. On a trip to Dallas to visit her brother, she knew this was home. Dr. Elise’s passion comes from seeing life transformations. Her vision is to see less pharmacies, and more farmers markets; Less medication and more meditation; Less sick days and more family days; Less pain and more love.
Dr. Elise earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and completed her postgraduate studies at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. She is the second chiropractor in her family, and hopes that her future children will carry on that legacy! As a MaxLiving doctor in Arlington, she is certified in the 5 Essentials of Health and delivers these essentials to families in the Arlington area. She has grown one of the largest family wellness practices in the state, seeing new born babies all the way up to people in their 90’s! She leads seminars on a regular basis for local businesses and groups, helping them to achieve optimum health. She was formerly featured on The Word 100.7 FM KWRD on her show MaxLiving Radio, and is the former Official Chiropractor for the Dallas Wings WNBA Professional Basketball team.
When she isn’t spreading the message of Chiropractic, Dr. Elise loves spending time with her family, friends, and her chihuahua, Presley. She enjoys reading, traveling, and finding ways to make her favorite foods healthy!

Dr. Chad London
Doctor of Chiropractic
Palmer College of Chiropractic
Dr. Chad London is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa. He moved to the U.S. 10 years ago to pursue his two passions: Rugby and Chiropractic. He completed his post-graduate studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2012. His certifications include Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), Webster’s certification, and FAKTR certification. Dr. Chad worked in a clinic in Denver, Colorado for 6 years before joining our team at VFC in September 2020. He fell in love with chiropractic because of the philosophy which teaches that the body heals from the inside out. He has played sports his entire life and optimal performance through chiropractic has always been key. Chiropractic has helped him to be his best, and he wants to help the people of Arlington, and surrounding communities, to do the same!
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Chad loves golfing, working out, hiking, being on the water, and doing anything outdoors. He has played professional rugby for the last 6 years and currently plays for the Dallas Jackals.
Beth Humphus
CA – Patient Coordinator
Beth joined the VFC team in 2023. She has been married to her amazing husband for almost 20 years, has 6 beautiful daughters, and 2 perfect grandsons (so far!). She has a heart for kids, music, and crafting. Beth has always loved the principle of Chiropractic and loves learning about the 5 Essentials of health. She loves implementing what she learns in the office into her own home!
Katy Moore
CA – Clinic Director and Metabolix Specialist
Katy has been part of the VFC family since 2020. She currently serves as our Clinic Director and Metabolix Specialist. She is certified in MaxLiving Nutrition Plans and coaches our patients one-on-one and through regular classes in the office.
Katy’s personal mission is to empower people to take responsibility for their health instead of the medical model making decisions for them. She wants everyone to have the opportunity to see the incredible life change she has seen through structural corrective chiropractic care, nutrition and supplementation, regular movement, and a strong mindset. When Katy isn’t at the office she loves spending time with her family, doing anything outdoors, grabbing a great cup of coffee, and traveling the world.
MaRaea Quezaire
New Patient Coordinator
MaRaea is originally from Wisconsin, but she moved south (to escape the cold) to attend Texas State University. Her love of people and volunteer work led her to her role here as our New Patient Coordinator, where she can make a positive difference in other people’s lives.
MaRaea is an avid reader, park explorer and passionate world traveler. She loves all creative pursuits, particularly art journaling and scrapbooking. Though she is a self-proclaimed girly-girl, she loves the macabre, especially zombie movies! She hopes to see all this beautiful world has to offer and leave it better than she found it.
Kim Pham
Patient Coordinator
Kim was born and raised in Grand Prairie and now proudly calls Arlington her home. Kim is passionate about living the 5 Essentials lifestyle and is always looking for ways to grow and learn so she can better serve her family, friends, and the patients she has the privilege of caring for. She feels incredibly grateful to be part of a team that helps people achieve healthier, happier lives.
When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find Kim spending time with her daughter, exploring new restaurants and local coffee shops (she’s always up for a great food recommendation), getting creative with arts and crafts, enjoying the outdoors, or taking a peaceful walk to recharge.
