Meet the Doctors
Dr. Elise Hernandez
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Elise earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and completed her postgraduate studies at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. In addition, she completed Advanced Chiropractic Training at the premiere MaxLiving Health Center training facility in Naples, Florida. As a MaxLiving doctor, she is certified in The 5 Essentials of Health and delivers these essentials to families in the city of Arlington and the surrounding communities. She is featured on The Word 100.7 FM KWRD and is the Official Chiropractor for the Dallas Wings WNBA Professional Basketball team. Her ultimate goal is to help people minimize the usage of medication, prevent illness and disease, and to ensure that families in her community are able to experience their fullest health potential. She enjoys partnering with local schools, businesses and churches to help the city of Arlington become a healthier place.

5 Essentials Coordinator
Ariel earned her Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, with a minor is Psychology, from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. After earning her degree, she worked for one year in a psychiatric clinic in her hometown of Tupelo, Mississippi. After a year of seeing hundreds of patients receive no improvement from the medications they were prescribed, she was motivated to help people in a more natural and holistic way. She moved to Texas and began working at Vitality Family Chiropractic in August of 2017. Additionally, she is a certified yoga instructor, and loves teaching yoga for her patients as a way to improve both physical and mental health.
Alexia has been working with the Chiropractic field for about 8 years and constantly has an eager desire to serve people and see a change in their health. She has earned her Massage Therapy license from Parker University and will be going back to get her Doctorate in Chiropractic.
